Ivonne Morales takes great pride in her role as an educator, making significant contributions towards the realization of Orozco Academy's overarching vision and mission. With an extensive professional background spanning 14 years, Ms. Morales possesses a wealth of diversified experience in the fields of bilingual/ESL instruction, special education, and case management. Over the course of this tenure, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to elevating educational standards by spearheading numerous school-wide initiatives and professional development.

In addition to her pivotal role in professional development, Ms. Morales has consistently played an integral part in various leadership teams, including but not limited to the Instructional Leadership Team, Multi-Tiered System of Supports Team, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports Team, Behavior Health Team, and Literacy Team, a testament to her dedication since her inaugural year as an educator. Her overarching objective remains centered on fostering an enriching learning environment that empowers students to excel academically while nurturing their social-emotional growth.

Ms. Morales' academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from Loyola University, a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Dominican University, and advanced coursework at esteemed institutions such as Harvard University and the University of Chicago.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Morales finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones and friends, exploring the world through travel, and savoring culinary experiences at a variety of restaurants within the vibrant community of Pilsen.
